The apartments combine modern technical features with materials and solutions designed to ensure a comfortable everyday life. Underfloor heating throughout the apartments provides pleasant warmth, while each apartment comes equipped with a high-quality Nobilia built-in kitchen featuring Bosch appliances. These include, among other things, an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a waste sorting system.  In addition, there will be a central ultrafiltration system for drinking water, which will provide pure, germ-free drinking water for the entire building. This system protects the entire water supply directly at the main building connection. Using state-of-the-art membrane technology, the system filters particles and pathogens out of the water purely mechanically. Oak engineered parquet with vertical planks and smooth white walls define the material concept and the architectural character.

High-Quality Windows with Thermal and Solar Protection

Triple-glazed windows with excellent thermal insulation properties and additional sun-protective glazing—in accordance with summer heat protection certification—enhance living comfort. As a special comfort feature, the ground-floor apartments are equipped with electrically operated roller shutters on all windows and French doors, while burglar-resistant windows provide added protection against break-ins. In the required areas of the upper floors, high-quality fabric roller shutters with a moss/linen look are planned—on the east and west facades, the south facades of the side wings, the windows of the two northern corner apartments, and all windows on the staggered floor.
