A modern residential complex is being built at Oderstraße 194 in Berlin-Neukölln, combining contemporary comfort with a consistently sustainable building concept. The project includes a six-story residential building with a recessed penthouse level, a separate two-story studio building, and an underground parking garage with separate entrances for bicycles and motor vehicles. A total of 142 apartments with 1 to 4 rooms, varying in size and floor plan, are being built on approximately 8,443 m² of rental space. Spacious entry areas, two elevators, and accessible pathways ensure everyday comfort. All apartments are designed to be accessible, with the exception of the duplex apartments; in addition, two apartments adapted for people with disabilities are being built. The landscaped courtyard provides sheltered gathering and play areas, while private gardens for select ground-floor apartments offer additional spaces for privacy. Above it all, a communal rooftop terrace spanning approximately 190 m² is being created, featuring landscaped seating areas and space for socializing, relaxation, and activities.

The upper floor also features a separate guest apartment where visiting friends and family can stay comfortably.
