A city that’s always on the move.

Berlin is a capital city, a living space, and a realm of possibilities all at once. Hardly any other German city brings together such diverse ways of life in such a compact area. Established residential neighborhoods meet new architecture, international culture meets Berlin’s local neighborhood life, and large green spaces and open areas meet densely built-up districts.
It is precisely this diversity that shapes everyday life: living, working, culture, leisure, and recreation are often close together. Every district, every neighborhood develops its own character—and yet the entire city remains connected through a vast public transit network

Berlin never stands still. New forms of living, sustainable mobility, and a changing approach to public and communal spaces are continuously shaping the city’s future. At the same time, it is the historic sites, renowned cultural institutions, parks, bodies of water, and the many small, everyday spots that give Berlin its unmistakable identity.

A metropolis with countless possibilities—and plenty of room for your very own Berlin.

Between the neighborhood and Tempelhofer Feld.

Oderstraße is located in Berlin-Neukölln—and in the immediate vicinity of one of the capital’s most extraordinary open spaces. To the north of the project, Tempelhofer Feld stretches across the site of the former airport, creating a sprawling urban outdoor space with great recreational value. The surrounding area is characterized by residential developments, numerous green spaces, and commercial areas along the S-Bahn trench.

Right in the heart of Berlin. Neukölln is just around the corner.

Neukölln embodies the capital’s contrasts like no other Berlin district. Dense Wilhelminian-era neighborhoods, lively shopping streets, and a diverse culinary scene are just as much a part of it as quieter residential areas and spacious green spaces and open areas. It is precisely this mix that makes the district such a versatile place to live.

Oderstraße occupies a unique location: Tempelhofer Feld lies immediately north of the project, creating an exceptionally spacious contrast to Berlin’s urban life.

Between Tempelhofer Feld and urban Neukölln.

Today, the former airfield offers a vast open space for exercise, leisure, and relaxation. Surrounding the project, the neighborhood is characterized by residential areas with green spaces and the mix of different land uses typical of this part of Neukölln.

With connections to the Ringbahn and other S-Bahn lines, as well as to the U8 subway and bus service, the area is also perfectly integrated into Berlin’s public transportation network. Thus, the location combines the immediate proximity to one of Berlin’s most striking open spaces with the short distances typical of an inner-city district.
